Ingredients

150 g ripened tomatoes
50 g cucumber
1–2 mint sprigs
100 ml mineral water Birutė
10–15 g feta cheese
15 ml lemon juice

Preparation

Blend tomatoes, cucumber and mint in a blender. Add lemon juice and mix. Add mineral water Birutė, pour into glasses and add chopped feta on top.
